A cuticle restorer that brings the hair to the correct the pH level. Restorer helps to repair all chemical damage and over processing of hair whilst repairing the hair from the outside.How to use Apply the RESTORER directly over the RECONSTRUCTOR using a tinting brush from the roots to the ends then massage with fingers. Put under plastic cap 15 minutes. On very damaged hair use under dryer/climazone for 10 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
