Does not apply to all products as some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. From our site menu the following items are usually available to collect – Hair Care, Natural Hair Products, Hair Colour, Miscellaneous and PPE. If any items ordered are out of stock we will contact you when items can be collected.

Collection times: Subjected to COVID rules are as follows:

MONDAY 1.00 pm – 5pm
TUESDAY 12 noon – 5pm
WEDNESDAY 12 noon – 5pm
THURSDAY 12 noon – 5pm
FRIDAY 12 noon – 4pm
SATURDAY Closed
SUNDAY Closed

Collection Notes

  1. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed and packed for collection on Monday from 1.00 pm, (excluding government lockdown and public holidays). There is no option to collect at the Weekend or Public Holidays.
  2. Generally Orders will be processed and packed for collection the following day. 
  3. As per Government advice, please wear a face mask when you arrive to collect your order.
